UK: Flat rate of €6. Free on orders over €100.
Europe: Flat rate of €6. Free on orders over €100.
Rest of World: Flat rate of €7. Free on orders over €200.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of order after prior agreement with Fleur Jewellery.
Custom-made jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned.
Returned jewellery must be returned to us in its original condition. Please package your return carefully. We cannot accept items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
Please send your package by registered mail. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping. We do not refund, nor are we responsible for return shipping charges.
